    My kids (age 4 1/2 & 3 months) have been in the facility for almost a month. The biggest downside is the cost. It is extremely costly and the discount for additional children is only $5. However, my oldest child seems to really enjoy his teacher and he is generally happy when I drop him off and pick him up. I do not like that they do not offer or provide breakfast for the children for the price. I have had a few issues, but they were handled promptly. One of the teachers had given my baby a little water without authorization. They apologized and the teacher was coached and advised of the policy to not administer anything to the little ones without having prior authorization from mom or dad. They are very "with the times" and make payment easy. The office staff have been nothing but helpful and friendly, especially Johanna.

  • Review of "Tri-County Agency" at Warrenton

    My family has years of dealing with Tri County. We've had policies for our home, motorcycle, myself, wife, and 2 kids.. no problems until we needed to make a claim... took a total loss on some of our property because the wrong policy was purchased.. spoke to a couple of other brokers, and was told by each that it was the broker at TriCounty's fault.. there should have been a list of questions asked to make sure the policy was the correct one.. called back to TriCounty and was told that it was unfortunate but beyond them.. Im a middle class working man and have to deal with a loss worth thousands of dollars... it's a huge hit for us. I feel like the folks at Tri County are either poorly schooled, or are scamming family's by just pumping out policy's to get a Commission. I have since dropped my insurance coverage with them, and are using Dewitt insurance now. I just wanted to put my experience with them out there to hopefully spare someone the same headache
